Launched in July of this year, Mandarin Stars is the brainchild of Dawna Leung, herself the mother of two Australian Chinese boys. Mandarin Stars is a unique program for children from 1-5 years, immersing them in the language within a structured playgroup environment of music, movement, singing, dramatic play, art & craft, story telling and games in a truly multi-cultural environment.

In a short time, Dawna has introduced children from English, spanish, german, french, Italian, indian and chinese background to mandarin at a time when experts say they are most receptive to learning a second language and is poised for great growth and success in the future.
