Jack Fraenkel is a business and management consultant with a focus upon customer service. He has grown his own business since 1998 using service standards that others fear to follow. His unique take on marketing means that Motivatories has grown and prospered simply through networking, third party referrals and sensible strategic alliances. His business is centred around business growth and development, primarily using Franchising as the expansion model. He also works with major clients such as Dymocks, Service One Members Banking and the NSW Department of State & Regional Development. As a keynote speaker he brings over 30 years of sales, management and commercial experience to his audience. He has owned and operated a variety of specialist retail stores and a home service based franchise. His knowledge of customer service and sales skills was honed internationally as the general manager of the largest duty free retailer in Australia. Jack has experienced first-hand how exemplary negotiation skills can have a positive impact upon an organisation's bottom line. As general manager of Perth Airport concession, he re-built the management team to cover five stores and 80 staff over a 24/7 trading pattern. His initiatives and staff training translated into an additional $1M revenue with significant gains in trading profit. When he's not working, Jack's usually found ‘Hanging around'; that is with ropes and assorted paraphernalia which keeps him and his students safe whilst learning to abseil. Jack currently owns and operates Motivatories Pty Ltd, a successful franchise and people development consultancy with offices both sides of the globe. |
