2008 Awards and Christmas Networking Event
The Working Women's Network is dedicated to enriching the lives of working woman and small business owners on the North Shore and we are delighted to extend an invitation to all business women and their partners to our gala Awards and Christmas Networking Event taking place on Tuesday December 2nd.
In addition to celebrating the success of local women in business and networking with your peers, this event also offers an unprecedented opportunity to hear from two of Sydney's most dynamic Telstra Business Women's Award Winners.
Our Host and Sponsor of the evening is the dynamic Angela Vithoulkas, 2007 winner of the Yellow Business Owners Award. Angela took a struggling inner city cafe and turned it into the thriving VIVO Group with a string of highly successful cafes and a flourishing corporate catering arm. She is well known for her bold marketing and business decisions and is passionate about giving back to women in business, hence her decision to both sponsor and MC our event.
Our Keynote address is being given by Naomi Simson, the Founder and "Chief Experience Officer" of Red Balloon Days, Australia's most successful online gift experience website. Naomi was recognised just last week with the 2008 Yellow Business Owners Award and the Nokia Business Innovation Award. An extraordinary entrepreneur who started her business at her kitchen table with two small children underfoot, Naomi is a vibrant speaker and an absolute inspiration to all businesswomen.
This Gala Event will take place in the Atrium of the Green Rooms Function Centre at the Greengate Hotel on Tuesday December 2nd. Tickets are $95 per head for members and $110 for guests and include pre-dinner drinks and canapés, a 2 course dinner with wine and a copy per couple of Naomi's best selling book, "I want what what she's having" the inside story of a fast growing business.
